The room measures 120 sq. ft. and includes a dimmable ceiling fan with remote, a door lock for your privacy, and blackout blinds for a comfortable and relaxing environment.

You’ll be joining a group of five friendly working professionals (you would be the sixth). The house is spacious enough that it never feels crowded.

Please note: No pets and no smoking (outdoor vaping is okay). Minimum credit score of 600 required. Occupancy limit of one person. Rent is $1,000 per month. Minimum gross (before tax) monthly income of $3,000 required. Applicants must complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
